CANADIAN III - LOA 88'9" Beam 20'9" Heavy-Built Aluminum Commercial Vessel Exceptional Repower & Repurposing Opportunity
The vessel features substantial all-welded aluminum construction, with reported plating of approximately 1/2" above the waterline and 3/4" below
Designed and built in Vancouver, Canadian III was originally constructed to Lloyds Register of Shipping and Canadian Ministry of Transport specifications. It was certified as a Home Trade Class II passenger vessel for 30 passengers and crew, with an operating area extending along the Pacific Northwest Coast, including the Beaufort Sea.
The hull underwent CSI certification approximately 5-6 years ago and is reported to remain in very good structural condition. Ongoing internal maintenance is supervised by a marine engineer. Canadian III offers a rare opportunity to acquire a heavy-built aluminum commercial vessel for $175K, a fraction of the cost of constructing a comparable hull today.
The vessel is located in Prince Rupert
